Job Description
DPWH-Accredited Materials Engineer II certification.
10+yrs experience in materials testing, quality control, and compliance in infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in using laboratory and field-testing equipment for soil, asphalt, concrete, and aggregates.
Familiarity with construction material software and laboratory management systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Conduct lab and field tests on construction materials per DPWH standards.
Evaluate material properties for strength, durability, and stability.
Monitor material performance throughout the project.
Implement quality control procedures for consistency.
Ensure compliance with DPWH, local, and international standards.
Inspect sites to verify material quality and mix designs.
Prepare and submit testing reports and compliance documents.
Maintain records of test results and quality control processes.
