Job Description
10+yrs experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract administration.
Strong knowledge of construction cost management, procurement, and contract law.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software (CostX, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Experience working on large-scale projects, including infrastructure, commercial, or residential developments.
Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
Develop and manage budgets with cost control measures.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
Monitor expenditures and provide financial reports.
Negotiate contracts for cost efficiency.
Evaluate subcontractor bids for cost-effectiveness.
Track and manage costs to prevent overruns.
