Job Description
-10yrs experience in project management, preferably in underground utilities construction.
-Strong knowledge of underground infrastructure, including water, sewer, gas, and telecommunications systems.
-Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
-PMP (Project Management Professional)/equivalent certification.
-Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) for underground utilities mapping.
-Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for underground utilities projects.
-Identify and mitigate project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns.
-Provide technical guidance in the design, construction, and maintenance of underground utility systems.
-Review and approve engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents.
-Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to project plans and safety protocols.
