Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Civil Engineer with a valid professional certification.
- 10yrs experience in project management, preferably in underground utilities construction.
- Strong knowledge of underground infrastructure, including water, sewer, gas, and telecommunications systems.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP (Project Management Professional)/equivalent certification.
- Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) for underground utilities mapping.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for underground utilities projects.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Provide technical guidance in the design, construction, and maintenance of underground utility systems.
- Review and approve engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to project plans and safety protocols.
