Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain MRI Vault configurations, user roles, and access permissions.
2. Upload, organize, and tag documents in accordance with company standards.
3. Collaborate with different departments to streamline document workflows and retention policies.
4. Provide training and support to end users on MRI Vault best practices.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues related to document access or platform integration.
6. Ensure compliance with data security and audit requirements.
7. Generate reports and insights from Vault to support operations and decision-making.
Requirements
1. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with MRI Vault (or MRI Software suite).
2. Strong understanding of document management systems and data security protocols.
3. Experience in real estate, property management, or finance is preferred.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
6. Familiarity with tools like MRI Platform X, Google Workspace, and/or MS Office is a plus.
