Job Description

Job Purpose

We are looking for a talented Web and UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team at TrustNet. The ideal candidate will create visually compelling and user-friendly digital experiences that align with our brand identity and drive engagement for our B2B audience.

You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces that enhance user experience across our web platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Job Duties

-Web Design and UX/UI
-Create responsive and visually stunning website designs, ensuring consistency across desktop and mobile platforms.
-Develop user-centered design solutions by conducting user research, creating personas, and mapping user journeys.
-Design intuitive navigation systems and information architecture for optimal user experience and lead generation.
-Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Visual Design and Branding

-Craft visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and infographics for digital media, including websites, social media, and email campaigns, tailored for B2B audiences.

-Ensure all designs adhere to TrustNet’s brand guidelines and contribute to the development of our visual identity.

-Design assets for paid media campaigns optimized for various platforms.



Collaboration and Project Management

-Work closely with marketing, product, and business development teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business needs.

-Manage design projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

-Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs based on user testing and analytics.

Branding and Visual Identity:

-Contribute to developing and maintaining our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and digital assets.
-Update brand guidelines and templates that can be utilized across the organization to maintain brand integrity.

Collaboration and Project Management:

-Work closely with marketing, product, and business development teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business needs.
-Manage design projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
-Gather feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs.
-Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
-Provide creative input and suggestions in brainstorming sessions for new marketing campaigns.

B2B-Focused Design:

-Create visual assets for account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives tailored to key accounts.
-Design interfaces and experiences that cater to the unique needs and decision-making processes of B2B clients in technology-driven industries.

Required Qualifications

Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
-3-5 years of experience in web design and UX/UI, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
-Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and prototyping tools.
-Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, user interfaces, and UX case studies.
-Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and web accessibility standards.
-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers.
-Experience with design systems and component-based design methodologies.



Preferred Qualifications

-Familiarity with agile development processes and design sprints.
-Understanding of SEO principles and their impact on web design.
-Experience with motion design and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
-Knowledge of data visualization techniques for complex B2B information.
