Job Description

The Client Helpdesk is responsible for assisting the Key Accounts Officer in supervising the daily operational activities in relation to the services being provided to the members. He/She will be providing administrative and operations support. The Client Helpdesk works together with the PS Recruiters, Coordinators and Generalists to provide high quality and timely assistance to the members. Generally, Client Helpdesk is responsible in maintaining member satisfaction. He/She is the liaison between the member and other internal departments.
Salary:
₱17,000.00 Monthly
