Job Description

We are seeking an HR Representative to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced call center environment. The HR Representative will be responsible for supporting human resources functions related to employee relations, attendance management, data entry, and overall employee support. This individual will ensure a positive, productive, and compliant workplace by providing guidance to staff and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Onboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they complete necessary documentation and are familiar with company policies and culture.

Employee Relations & Support:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other workplace matters.
Address employee concerns, conduct investigations related to workplace issues, and mediate disputes to maintain a positive work environment.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure the call center adheres to local, state, and federal labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
Assist with maintaining employee records and ensure all documentation complies with legal requirements.
Prepare and submit HR-related reports and statistics as required by management.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

Assist with payroll processing by collecting and reviewing attendance and leave data.
Support employees with benefits inquiries, enrollment, and claims assistance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/systems.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

Full-time, on-site position.
