Job Description

1. Payroll Management:

Process and manage payroll accurately and on time using designated software.
Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and address payroll-related issues.

2. Compensation and Benefits Administration:

Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
Assist in the development and implementation of compensation strategies.
Update and maintain employee records related to compensation and benefits.
Collaborate with management to evaluate and update compensation structures.
Conduct research on industry standards for compensation and benefits.

3. Compliance and Reporting:

Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations pertaining to payroll, compensation, and benefits.
Prepare and submit reports (tax filings, benefits enrollment, etc.) as required by law.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.

4. Communication and Support:

Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding payroll and benefits.
Assist in the communication of payroll changes, benefits updates, and policies to employees.
Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll and benefits-related matters.

5. Collaboration and Documentation:

Coordinate with HR team members, finance, and other relevant departments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to payroll, compensation, and benefits.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field
- Must have proven experience with compensation/benefits and payroll handling
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to learn
- Must be able to work in the office
