Junior Assortment Operation

The role includes evaluating products across multiple channels, negotiating prices with suppliers, and sourcing low-cost products to enhance competitiveness.

Job Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms; recent graduates or those with one to two years of post-graduate e-commerce experience are welcome.
- Familiarity with KM/VKM (two-dimensional, GSKA, and top brands).
- Relevant work experience, including strong communication skills, years of industry experience, proficiency in English, and experience in business and brand management.

Requirements:
- Must be a Filipino with spoken and written fluency in English.
- Ability to review and apply guidelines effectively.
- Practical, adaptable in planning, proactive, and highly collaborative with a strong team spirit.
- Preferably one year of work experience, ideally in e-commerce.
- Responsible for comparing products across different channels, negotiating supplier prices, and sourcing cost-effective products to enhance competitiveness.
- Adherence to the company’s leave and attendance policies is required.
- Must commit to an 8-hour workday, from 9:30AM to 6:30PM (SG time) on weekdays.
- Work Location: Be able to work at the client’s workplace (BGC Taguig).
