Job Description
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems in person, via phone, or through remote support tools.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security settings.
Assist in software and system updates, patches, and upgrades.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and backup systems.
Document IT issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for future reference.
Train employees on IT best practices, security protocols, and new technologies.
Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and IT regulations.
Collaborate with external vendors and IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Experience with networking, troubleshooting, and IT security principles.
Familiarity with IT support tools, remote desktop applications, and ticketing systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
