Marketing Account Officer

Identify market potential by qualifying accounts
Identify emerging markets which the company can expand to
Expand revenues from existing accounts
Initiate sales process by scheduling appointment; making initial presentation; understanding accounts requirements
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Establish, improve and manage customer relationships and creates sales leads
Supervise revision of pre-qualification documents, marketing collaterals and similar documents on prospective projects
Monitor and work closely with concerned organization to track status of cost estimates, proposals and contracts for timely submission to clients
Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
Act as the point of contact and handle customer's individual needs
Market the company's product and services, and if needed, research, survey, analyze customer feedback for product development.
Evaluate and review documents and records required in Quality Management System
Track business opportunities and input gathered details to Project Universe
Comply with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standard and regulations.
Adhere to Policies/Procedures, Employee Code of Ethnics and Conduct, and Corporate Governance
Protect intellectual property, company propriety, and confidential information
Perform other duties & responsibilities related to his/her job as directed to supervisor
