Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Provides specialized customer support for audio-related products and services.
Assist with product setup, configuration, and general usage guidance.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to audio quality, connectivity, and hardware/software integration.
Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

Requirements:
At least high school graduate
With at least 1 year of BPO experience
Tech Support (Required) and/or Audio equipment experience (Strongly preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
