Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
-Provides specialized customer support for audio-related products and services.
-Assist with product setup, configuration, and general usage guidance.
-Diagnose and resolve issues related to audio quality, connectivity, and hardware/software integration.
-Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
-Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

Requirements:
-At least high school graduate
-With at least 1 year of BPO experience
-Tech Support (Required) and/or Audio equipment experience (Strongly preferred)
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
