Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
-Provides specialized support for technical products or services, ensuring customer satisfaction through troubleshooting, product guidance, and issue resolution.
-Guide users through diagnostics, configurations, and setup processes.
-Ensure a positive customer experience by offering clear and concise solutions.
-Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
-Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

Requirements:
-At least High school graduate
-With 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience
-Strong Technical Background: TSR exp for modems and routers (NOC), Hardware devices such as laptops, desktops, and/or printers (STS.)
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
