We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Staff / Admin Assistant to join our growing team! If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and loves keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, and managing emails.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and electronic.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Maintain employee records, including leave, attendance, and benefits data.
- Support HR in managing recruitment processes (e.g., scheduling interviews, preparing documents).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and a positive attitude
