Job Description

Provide prompt and efficient customer support through multiple channels (phone, email)
Address customer issues and complaints, resolving them efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
Guide customers in account setup, updates, and troubleshooting account-related issues
Keep records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken in the client’s system
Ensure continuous end-to-end support to deliver a seamless and satisfying customer experience

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule (Day, Mid, Night) with 2 days off
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary:
₱18,000.00 Monthly
