Job Overview
We are seeking a Manager, Bid Intelligence to lead client and market research initiatives. This role involves Primary and Secondary Research to generate actionable insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and experienced in research methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth Client and Market Research to identify trends and opportunities.
Lead Primary and Secondary Research to support business strategies.
Develop and maintain a competitive intelligence database for bid-related insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making.
Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.

Qualifications & Requirements
5+ years of experience in Client and Market Research.
Strong expertise in Primary and Secondary Research methodologies.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
