Job Description
Requirements:
College graduate preferably with academic preparation in the field of Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations
and Business Administration.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in OOH advertising industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Client Management
Develops plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Manages budget and schedules.
2. Selling & Promotion
Engages in client follow-ups through visits, calls, and emails.
Schedules and conducts client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
Coordinates contracts, quotations, and site materials.
3. Cross-Department Coordination
Works with various departments on creative materials, costs, legal requirements, marketing, and installations.
Ensures smooth processing of cost estimates, payments, and customer complaints.
4. Reporting & Compliance
Prepares projections, progress updates, and other relevant reports.
Submits personnel forms and maintains assigned records.
5. Representation & Accountability
Attends meetings and represents the company in various engagements.
Ensures proper handling of company materials, confidentiality of data, and achievement of sales targets.
