-Engage with customer via chat to provide information.
-Effectively identify sales opportunities.
-Understand customer needs.
-Maintain strong knowledge of products and company policies.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills:
-HS / SHS Grad with at least 1 year BPO experience.
Additional Notes:
This position will be working with a leading provider of Customer Experience (CX) Solutions and Services.
Working Set-up: Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
