Chat and Voice Customer Service Associate

- Support customers chat, email and phone, aiming to improve their experience with financial services in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle routine tasks like answering inquiries and resolving problems, providing excellent customer service while following guidelines and using multiple systems.
- Receive regular direction from supervisors and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
- Interact with the team, internal, and external customers on basic information.

- Completed at least 2 years in college without back subjects
- At least 1 year international BPO experience
- Or with at least 1 year sales experience (real estate agent, car sales agent, financial advisor)
- Or with at least 1 years customer facing service experience (receptionist, sales lady, barista)

- Must be amenable to work in shifting schedules
- Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
