Job Description

Reports administratively and functionally to the HRD Manager;
Assists in the design, implementation, communication and administration of compensation and benefits programs;
Supervises daily compensation and benefits administration;
Administers the company's HRIS;
Provides support to managers and staff having concerns on compensation and benefits;
Transacts with SSS, Phil Health and HDMF Offices;
Transacts with designated banks and facilitates application for payroll accounts of employees;
Keeps updates on general labor standards and other laws/advisories pertaining to compensation and benefits.
Salary:
₱38,000.00 Monthly
