Job Description

Preferred Qualifications:
-Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
-2 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
-Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
-Strong understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to handle confidential candidate and hiring data with integrity.
-Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Job Scope:
A. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment
-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
-Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
-Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
-Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
-Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.

B. Candidate Assessment and Selection
-Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks.
-Ensure that candidates meet job qualifications and company culture fit.
-Facilitate job offers, negotiations, and contract signing.

C. Workforce Planning and Coordination
-Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.
-Maintain an updated and accurate manpower database and track open job positions.
-Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

D. Documentation
-Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
-Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of 201 files, keeping employee records complete, updated, and properly organized.
-Update and maintain the employee master list, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

E. Employer Branding and Engagement
-Promote the company as an employer of choice through branding initiatives.
-Represent the company in job fairs, career events, and partnerships with schools.
Salary:
₱18,000.00 Monthly
