Job Description
Location: Silang, Cavite
Work Schedule: 5-Day Compressed Work Week (Mondays to Fridays, 9.5 hours per day)
Salary Range: PHP 16,500 – 18,000
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential candidate and hiring data with integrity.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Amenable to work at Silang, Cavite
Job Scope:
1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media,
networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
2. Candidate Assessment and Selection
- Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks.
- Ensure that candidates meet job qualifications and company culture fit.
- Facilitate job offers, negotiations, and contract signing.
3. Workforce Planning and Coordination
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce
requirements.
- Maintain an updated and accurate manpower database and track open job positions.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
4. Documentation
- Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of 201 files, keeping employee records complete,
updated, and properly organized.
- Update and maintain the employee masterlist, ensuring all information is accurate
and up to date.
5. Employer Branding and Engagement
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through branding initiatives.
- Represent the company in job fairs, career events, and partnerships with schools.
- Salary:
- ₱18,000.00 Monthly
