Job Description

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads within the U.S. Market and the IT Industry. This role will involve proactively researching potential clients, engaging with them via phone, email, and social media, and assessing their needs to determine their fit with the company’s offerings. The SDR will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads, while maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably with
exposure to the U.S. market.
• Proven experience in sales development, business development or lead generation within the IT
Industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage U.S.-based
prospects effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and Microsoft Google/Google
Workspace
• Demonstrated experience in handling lead generation and qualification in the IT or SaaS space,
understanding the unique needs and challenges of this market.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours to align with client schedules.
• Self – motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven experience in selling IT services, SaaS or Cloud Solutions.
• Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and enterprise clients.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar tools.
Salary:
₱40,000.00 Monthly
