Job Description

Location: Ortigas, Pasig (Onsite)

Job Summary:
The Digital SME will serve as the primary expert on digital technologies relevant to the banking sector, offering guidance on digital solutions such as mobile banking, online banking, and digital payments. This role involves designing and developing innovative digital banking solutions, enhancing customer experiences, and supporting digital transformation projects. The Digital SME will also ensure compliance with regulations, optimize digital performance, and contribute to the bank's long-term digital strategy.

Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience in digital technologies, with expertise in banking solutions, mobile banking, and digital payments.
– Proven experience in solution design, development of APIs, microservices, and integration with third-party systems.
– Strong understanding of customer-centric design and user experience principles.
– Experience in digital transformation projects, from requirement gathering to deployment.
– In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, data protection laws, and cybersecurity standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).
– Ability to work cross-functionally with business, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
– Strong analytical skills for performance optimization and continuous improvement of digital solutions.
– Leadership capabilities to drive innovation and contribute to strategic digital initiatives.
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
