Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. IT and Project Management: Manage local technology, operations, and testing teams for the Philippine bank, and collaborate with the domestic team to complete digital banking technology development and implement testing processes. Responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery and regulatory management of technical projects.
2. Technical Expertise: Possess a solid understanding of technology, including but not limited to system development, architecture, operations, and testing. Participate in IT system planning and execution to ensure stability and efficient operations.
3. Data Security and Compliance: Help ensure that systems and data processing comply with relevant regulations and industry standards; regularly evaluate and improve data security strategies.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with local and domestic businesses, operations, and product teams to enhance the overall service experience.

Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
2. Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English.
3. Work Experience: At least 3 years of IT management experience in banking or financial sector, with strong project and team management skills.
4. Technical Background: Familiar with technology architecture design, system development, or operations
