DevOps Engineer / Digital Bank

II. Here are the requirements for candidates:
one responsible for sorting out and refining customers' daily problems and needs, optimizing processing efficiency, and promoting the implementation of customer needs;
- Can handle all kinds of emergency events 7*24, to ensure the high availability and stability of the business system;
- Explore emerging operation and maintenance technologies to continuously improve system operation and maintenance capabilities
- Optimize the maintenance work standard operating norms, constantly reduce system risks, can 7*24 to deal with all kinds of emergency events;
- Ensure the high availability and stability of the business system, analyze the system bottleneck;
- Continue to promote operation and maintenance automation, improve operation and maintenance efficiency;
- Responsible for server maintenance and application deployment;
- Responsible for IT compliance audit

Job Expectations
- Establish a comprehensive IT compliance system based on BSP audit standards to address BSP regulations.
- Independently manage the bank system, including complete control over version releases, system monitoring, capacity planning, emergency drills, alarm responses, and emergency automation.
- Develop a robust system disaster recovery strategy to achieve cross-data center disaster recovery deployment for the system.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Explore, analyze, design, and implement strategies for continuous integrations through automation
• Oversee continuous delivery by supporting coordination, integration, and flow of development, testing, and release deployments
• Ensure high availability, reliability, security, and risk mitigation of production and non-production systems
• Operate effectively across development platforms, tools, networks, servers and databases, and across development and support
• Ensure quality of service improvement, stack resource management, infrastructure networking and security
• Collaborate closely with Fullstack Engineers to build and ensure synchrony, QA Engineers for CI/CD integrations, and Product Managers for technical requirements analysis and breakdown
• Collaborate closely with CTO and/or CIO in formulating, updating and implementing existing IT policies, business continuity plans, and other related documents

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Computer Science, or related IT courses
• At least five (5) years in DevOps role
• Broad experience in diagnosing and resolving infrastructure issues, and enjoys solving complex technical problems
• Experience in software network design and implementation
• Experience in InfoSec practices and industry standards (ISOs)
• Experience in Atlassian products
• Broad experience in Linux-based OS, shell commands and shell scripting
• Experience in different programming languages such as Java, Python
• Experience in Databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, etc.
• Broad experience in Source Control Management
• Broad experience in Automated Test Integrations in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline (e.g. Selenium with Robot Framework, Cucumber, JUnit, Jest)
• Expert in building Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD, Bamboo, Octopus Deploy)
• Experience in Configuration Management Tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and Configuration Orchestration and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Expert in Container Concepts (Docker) and Container Orchestration Engines (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
• Expert in Cloud Services Platforms
• Broad experience in Logging, Monitoring, Alerting and Incident Response Tools (Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, OpsGenie, TraceView)
