Job Description
Job Level: Mid-Level
Job Category: Retail Sales
Location: Pasig, NCR (Field work across Metro Manila/Bulacan branches)
Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱25,000/month
Job Objective:
Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong dealer relationships and ensuring operational excellence across retail branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Develop sales strategies and monitor sell-out performance.
Prepare business reviews and sales reports.
Team Leadership:
Train, schedule, and supervise retail sales teams.
Conduct coaching sessions to improve team performance.
Inventory & Operations:
Monitor daily inventory levels (WOS).
Audit cash, stock, and compliance with operational procedures.
Customer & Crisis Management:
Resolve customer complaints, warranty issues, and government compliance matters.
Handle bank queries related to credit card agreements.
Retail Marketing:
Oversee in-store marketing programs, POP displays, and CRM initiatives.
Ensure compliance with promotional guidelines and brand visibility standards.
Qualifications:
Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
2+ years of retail management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness for fieldwork and relocation to assigned branches (SM Light Mall, SM San Lazaro, SM Baliwag, Robinsons Galleria).
Work Setup:
Office Base: Prestige Tower, Ortigas, Pasig.
Field Assignments: Regular visits to 4 store branches.
