IT Supervisor/ San Antonio Village Makati/20k

Qualifications:
 - A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
 - 3-5 years of experience as an IT supervisor
 - Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
 - In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
 - Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
 - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
 - Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primarily PC hardware and software support, set up and configuration
 - Support CLIENT for scheduled onsite requests
 - Deliver break-fix service
 - Ensure that the faulty equipment is repaired to working order. Recommend if the faulty equipment requires replacement and escalate to Team Lead if requires hardware vendor’s resolution
 - Support and maintenance for hardware such as PCs,, Laptops, printers, tablets, mobiles, etc. in line with CLIENT’’s requirements
 - Handle the Equipment/Device Inventory, active Directory Clean-up,wired/wifi Internet connection, outlook issues and concern
 - Mobile deployment, setup and configuration
 - Perform system administration such as but not limited to LDAP password reset, Vendor Assistance, 0365 support and assistance
 - Ensures communication by developing and delivering timely status reports and presentations for Steering Committee and project stakeholder notification. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional webinars.
 - Integrates information from a variety of sources to arrive at a broad understanding of issues.
