Job Description
Position: AR Collection
Company Industry: IT Company

Work Schedule: Night Shift
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor Degree Holder
✨ A least 2 years’ experience in AR Collection
✨ Certificate or training is advantage
✨ Willing to work in Quezon City
✨ Willing to Work Night Shift
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Handle external and internal customer concern via phone and email.
✨Personally collect past due invoices via phone, email or portal.
✨ Personally reconcile complex by collaborating with other departments regarding invoices/billings or cash applications.
✨ Review/prepare customer refunds for duplicate payments or any connection in payment.
✨ Handle and prepare weekly report.
