Position: Accounts Receivable (Open for Fresh Graduates)

Salary Offer: Php30,000 - Php35,000
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday - Night Shift

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.
✨Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
✨At least 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable or Collection with BPO experience.
✨Experience in Customer Service/AR support or handling customer inquiries is an advantage
✨Amendable for night shift schedule.
✨Amendable to start as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:
✨Handle inbound calls from customers regarding outstanding balances.
✨Examine and resolve client complaints or issues pertaining to order fulfillment, payments, or invoicing.
✨Ensuring that all client interactions and payment statuses are accurately documented.
✨Work together with internal departments to guarantee that client complaints are resolved accurately and promptly.
✨Meet or exceed monthly service level agreements.
