Job Description
Position: Accounts Receivable Team Lead
Company Industry: IT Company

Work Schedule: Nightshift
Salary: Php 45,000 - Php 55,000 (Negotiable)

Job Requirements:
*Bachelors Degree
*At least 4 years and above of working experience in Accounts Receivable or Collection
*At least 2 years of experience in a Team Lead role
*Amenable for night shift work schedule.
*Amenable to work onsite
Job Descriptions:
*Describe the team's methods for setting priorities.
*Track the team's daily performance in relation to the goal.
*Attend client or interlock meetings on behalf of the team.
*Control expectations or obligations from stakeholders
*Help the manager of operations
*Assist team members in resolving escalating situations.
*Make sure new hires are properly onboarded, enhancing team members' skill sets.
*Perform Checkpoint and human development initiatives on a regular basis.
