Job Description

· Supervise and lead the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

· Monitor inventory levels, order merchandise, and manage stock to meet customer demand.

· Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience.

· Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring exceptional service standards.

· Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers.

· Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.

· Analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns.

· Set and achieve sales targets, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability.

· Conduct regular financial analyses to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

· Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

· Train and develop a high-performing team.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
