Job description
As a Sales Coordinator at SEB Equipment and Supply Corp., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing and operational activities. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, directing customer inquiries to the appropriate departments, supporting our sales team, coordinating events and orientations, overseeing document management, and facilitating logistics operations. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively will be essential in this dynamic role.

Job Responsibilities:

o Increase follower count by 10% month-on-month.
o Respond to social media inquiries within 30 minutes.
o Grow social media engagement rate by 10% month-on-montho Log and assign 100% of leads to the sales team within 2 hours of receipt.
o Ensure 90% of leads are contacted by the sales team within 24 hours.

o Respond to internal and external communications within 2 hours.
o Direct 90% of customer concerns to the correct department within the same business day.

o Successfully coordinate 4 events/orientations per quarter with minimal issues.
o Achieve 90% satisfaction rate from event participants.o Maintain 100% up-to-date sales documentation.
o Ensure zero errors in sales report submissions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
Basic knowledge of office administration and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
