Job Description
Transport executives to and from various destinations, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Maintain Professionalism:
Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, representing the company effectively.
Ensure Punctuality:
Arrive on time for all scheduled appointments and travel, accounting for traffic and other potential delays.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Perform regular maintenance checks on the vehicle, including fuel, oil, and tire pressure, and ensure the vehicle is clean and in good working condition.
Route Planning:
Plan efficient routes, considering traffic conditions and potential delays, and adjust routes as needed.
Confidentiality:
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the passenger's travel details and other sensitive information.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to the executive, anticipating their needs and ensuring their comfort.
Administrative Tasks:
May assist with administrative tasks, such as picking up documents or making deliveries.
Coordination:
Coordinate with other drivers or security personnel, if necessary, to ensure smooth and efficient travel.
Follow Company Policies:
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality.
