Job Description

Requirements:
Fresh graduates who are willing to learn and resilient are welcome.
Degree in any 4 years Business course
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with accounting software and tools is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities & Tasks:
Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of financial documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
Maintain accurate records and files.
Greet and assist clients and visitors.
Perform data entry and update databases.
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Assist in the preparation of invoices and billing statements.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
Assist with the organization of company events and meetings.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Provide backup support for other administrative staff as needed.

SALARY: ₱14,000 – ₱18,000 per month
