Job Description
● Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified
locations in a timely manner.
● Assist with the loading and offloading of staff luggage, products, and materials.
● Adjust travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
● Keep the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular wash, clean, and
vehicle maintenance.
● Provide accurate updates about the company vehicle’s coming and goings.
● Feedback from employees or management based on their experiences towards the driving skills.
● Initiative to assist Admin Team with any administrative and office tasks.
● Being resourceful to take actions or proposed plans with unexpected circumstances.
● Strictly follow all the given work instructions, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications
● Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., commercial, heavy-duty).
● Proven experience as a company driver or in a similar role.
● Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
● Familiarity with GPS devices, map applications, and other navigation tools.
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
● Understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
● Physical fitness and ability to lift/move items as needed.
