Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with a young, dynamic and motivated team of people. You will be part of the Product Team, where you will work and collaborate closely with the Head of Product, UI/UX Specialist and a Junior Business Analyst to ensure feature developments comply with end-user needs. Likewise, you will also be able to collaborate with different stakeholders of the company including the Development Team, Head of Operations, and the CEO.

You will be independent in the work and must be able to deliver on team and individual goals as well as contribute to the overall product road map and innovation of the business. Contribute to the improvement of the product and development team by constantly updating yourself and sharing your knowledge with the rest of the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Product Development

Contribute to the development and advancement of company products by researching and participating in the brainstorming activities of the company
Gather and analyze data to understand the business requirements/needs and its business value
Recommend and provide insights
Organize and maintain proper documentation for product ideas to facilitate the next cycle of conceptualization and development
Business Requirements

Participate in the internal backlog grooming and discussion of the features to be built and prioritized
Write user stories and necessary documentations such as functional specifications, design requirements to assist the UI/UX specialist
Assist the product manager in developing and creating communications plan for feature deployment/migration
Regularly collaborate with the product team and other stakeholders to ensure feature requirements are in line with the business/user needs
Maintain updated product manual
Supervision

Review user test cases and acceptance criteria for the business solutions documented by the Jr Business Analyst
Review User Acceptance Testing and validate test results based on the user test cases and acceptance criteria performed by the Jr Business Analyst
Review weekly/monthly reports of helpdesk issues
Problem Solving and Analysis

Investigate problems and develop recommendations for resolution.
Identify the need for technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
Use analytics to improve product value-driven decisions of the company
Provide support (i.e., creating reports, research, documentation) for the analysis of user satisfaction data.
Analyze performance metrics to ensure high user engagement level and satisfaction.
User Support

Keep users informed of problems, issues, and resolutions.
Prepare user training materials and assists in running workshops and training sessions, as necessary

Requirements
Qualifications and technical skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology or related field; or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years business analyst experience or similar role
Requires working knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes.
Knowledge on data analytics methodology
Exceptional problem solving skills
Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Notion etc.
Knowledge of and experience in Agile, SDLC and ERP is a plus
