Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in either our Data Deletion Project or our Data and Analytics Team, depending on project needs and candidate's expertise. The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful execution of projects related to data management, deletion, or analysis.

Qualifications:
* Must have a bachelor's degree in IT or any related courses.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the context of data management, deletion, or analytics projects. (Non Negotiable)
* Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a full pledge Business Analyst (Non Negotiable)
* Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management. (Non Negotiable)
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis. (Non Negotiable)
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. (Non Negotiable)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. (Non Negotiable)
* Project management experience and experience with agile methodologies are a plus. (Non Negotiable)
* Work Setup: On-site: 3 days and 2 days WFH, office is located in Makati City.
* Preferably Can Start ASAP, 2 weeks' notice. (Non Negotiable)
