HR Specialist/Recruiter – Job Description
Overview:
The HR Specialist/Recruiter will play vital role in attracting, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding. The HR Specialist/Recruiter also ensures that hiring practices align with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate applicants.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth hiring process by providing timely feedback to candidates.
- Onboarding & Employee Integration:

Facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding programs.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Assist new employees in understanding company culture, policies, and expectations.
- HR Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate and organized employee records.
Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
Assist with HR compliance, including background checks and employment verification.
- Employee Engagement & Retention:

Support employee relations by addressing concerns and assisting with HR inquiries.
Work with HR management to develop employee retention programs.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or e-commerce setting.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
-Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
Salary:
₱18,000.00 Monthly
