Job Description
1. Monitor company vehicle usage, gasoline consumption.
2. Schedule Pest control Services.
3. Handle all utility payments, reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
4. Insurance and Contract Management - monitor insurance policies & contracts for renewals.
5. Record keeping - maintain accurate and organized records of all admin activities.
6. Travel arrangements - booking flights, hotels and other necessary arrangements.
7. Errands and general support - run errands as needed.
8. Monitoring schedule usage of Conference room.
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point).
• Good verbal and written communication; Able to work independently.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize task and meet deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
JOB SPECIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
• 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or related role.
• Experience in a fast- paced office environment.
