Job Description
The Driver is responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation of people and goods for company operations, ensuring vehicle maintenance, and delivering excellent client service. This role aligns with HDI's vision, mission, and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare travel itineraries and follow driving schedules.
Ensure vehicle safety and perform basic checks (gas, oil, water, condition).
Transport clients and goods, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain vehicle condition, perform minor troubleshooting, and adhere to a preventive maintenance schedule.
Complete reports (incident/accident) and attend meetings as required.
Uphold HDI’s core values of wellness, communication, and courtesy in the workplace.
Competency Requirements:
Knowledge: Familiar with routes, company policies, vehicle maintenance, and basic driving laws.
Skills: Professional driving, basic customer service, attention to detail, and multitasking.
Behavior: Demonstrates wellness, openness, and courtesy toward coworkers.
Education & Experience:
High school graduate with a professional driver’s license.
At least 1 year of relevant driving experience.
