MRT/ Business Development/ and DOOH Manager - Quezon City

Job Title: MRT, Business Development, and DOOH Manager

Salary: 60k-80K

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled MRT, Business Development, and DOOH Manager to join our team! As a Manager, you will provide active leadership in securing and expanding our client base within the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising business. You will plan, direct, coordinate, and accomplish projects and programs to increase sales and maximize revenue, while ensuring compliance with our quality standards.

Responsibilities:

* Develop plans and programs for business development, including forecasts, budgets, and staff development

* Establish and maintain standards and procedures for the department

* Monitor performance deliverables of each unit and ensure responsive flow of information

* Oversee project undertakings, including feasibility studies, proposal development, and project design

* Resolve operational issues and concerns, and manage people schedules and performance deliverables

* Prepare and submit reports, and attend internal meetings and external business activities

* Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching and feedback

Requirements:

* College graduate in Engineering, Advertising, or Business Administration

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

* Knowledge of compliance standards, structural engineering, advertising industry, and company policies and procedures

* Strong leadership qualities, negotiation and persuasion skills, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail

* Expertise in computer applications and systems, and good communication and interpersonal skills
