Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify potential customer needs, analyze competitor landscape, and develop comprehensive product strategies to address market gaps. 
Product Vision and Roadmap:
Define a clear vision for electrical product development, create a detailed product roadmap outlining features, timelines, and priorities. 
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and sales teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring they align with market demands and technical feasibility. 
Product Development Oversight:
Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, including design, engineering, testing, and manufacturing, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget. 
Technical Expertise:
Possess a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, industry standards and emerging technologies to guide product design and development decisions. 
Quality Assurance:
Monitor product quality throughout the development cycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and customer expectations. 
Launch and Commercialization:
Develop launch plans, including marketing materials and sales strategies
