Job Description
SALARY RANGE: 40,000-55,000
QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of any Business or Marketing related courses.
5 years as Sales Manager
Master/Doctorate Degree is a PLUS !!
1. Proven experience in the field of Sales specifically of Food Packaging Products
2. Experience in handling/dealing with government related sales/transactions an Advantage
3. Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing
4. Ability to stay calm while working under pressure
5. Orientation: Mentor/Coach, Detailed, Flexible, Pro Active, Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to get the job done ahead of time
6. Skills: Excellent in the following – Leadership, Planning, Interpersonal, Analytical, Report Writing, Mathematical and Communication, Technical Marketing
7. Solid judgement along with decision making skills
8. Knowledgeable with team building techniques
9. Proven experience in customer, market research, and developing marketing/sales strategies
10. Have a working knowledge of operations including an automated workflow system for both digital and press production
11. Familiar with ISO Documentation and Processes
12. Willing to work at Ugong Valenzuela City, Monday - Friday
