Job Description
Education:
Graduate of any Business or Marketing related courses
Experience:
5 years as Sales Manager
Certification or Licenses:
Master or Doctorate Degree an Advantage
Other Qualifications :
Proven experience in the field of Sales specifically of Food Packaging Products
Experience in handling/dealing with government related sales/transactions an Advantage
Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing
Ability to stay calm while working under pressure
Orientation: Mentor/Coach, Detailed, Flexible, Pro Active, Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to get the job done ahead of time
Skills: Excellent in the following – Leadership, Planning, Interpersonal, Analytical, Report Writing, Mathematical and Communication, Technical Marketing
Solid judgement along with decision making skills
Knowledgeable with team building techniques
Proven experience in customer, market research, and developing marketing/sales strategies
Meets or exceeds test requirements as established by the General Manager/ Managing Director
Have a working knowledge of operations including an automated workflow system for both digital and press production
Familiar with ISO Documentation and Processes
