Job Description
Position: Sales and Marketing Manager who have experience in Food Packaging.
Salary Package: Php 40-55K/month
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of any Business or Marketing related courses
Experience: 5 years as Sales Manager gained from a Manufacturing Industry
Other Qualifications :
ü Proven experience in the field of Sales specifically of Food Packaging Products (Meal Box, Paper Cups, sandwich wrapper, etc.)
ü Experience in handling/dealing with government related sales/transactions an Advantage
ü Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing
ü Ability to stay calm while working under pressure
ü Orientation: Mentor/Coach, Detailed, Flexible, Pro Active, Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to get the job done ahead of time
ü Skills: Excellent in the following – Leadership, Planning, Interpersonal, Analytical, Report Writing, Mathematical and Communication, Technical Marketing
ü Solid judgement along with decision making skills
ü Knowledgeable with team building techniques
ü Proven experience in customer, market research, and developing marketing/sales strategies
ü Have a working knowledge of operations including an automated workflow system for both digital and press production
ü Familiar with ISO Documentation and Processes
ü Willing to work at Ugong Valenzuela City, Monday - Friday
