Job Description
Work setup: Onsite (Mandaluyong)
Industry: BPO
Requirements:
> 2 years of training experience in BPO Telco Sales account
> At least 2 years completed in college
> Preferably can start immediately
Scope:
Guide the Sales agents and teams to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction through training, coaching, and performance analysis
Develop and deliver effective sales training programs and materials on company products, business practices, and contact center procedures
Conduct ongoing training sessions and coaching, focusing on sales techniques, customer communication, and problem-solving
Provide one-on-one and group coaching to improve sales performance, communication skills, and customer service
Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement in sales processes and strategies
