• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Identity, Endpoint, and Cloud, or similar security tools.
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure security in platforms like Azure, AWS, and others.
• Ability to analyze security reports and identify vulnerabilities and threats.
• Familiarity with basic scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for automating security tasks is a plus.
• Knowledge of security principles such as least privilege, network segmentation, and encryption.
• Basic understanding of security compliance frameworks e.g. ISO 27001
Experience:
• 1+ years of experience working with cloud-based systems or in a security role.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender or similar security tools is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.) is beneficial.
• Basic experience in vulnerability scanning, patching, and remediation practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Certifications (Preferred but not required):
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
SALARY:
50,000 – 55,000
